LOVED THE BLOG...GOING ON DETOX MONDAY..WILL LET YOU KNOW HOW I FEEL..I ATE EVERYTHING TODAY. I WILL PROBABLY EAT THE SAME THING FOR 5 DAYS. IT'S EASIER THAT WAY. I WILL WEIGH IN MONDAY MORNING AND THEN LET YOU KNOW EACH DAY. I HOPE THIS WORKS

I think you will be shocked, I was. I never expected my body to react the way it did. It also made me rethink how many carbhydrates I was consuming every day...not to mention when you throw salt in the mix.

Day 2 and still on the wagon. Just finished Robin's step class..Made it thru and now for a bug huge chicken breast with veggies..

Great Going. You look incredibly awesome Robin, detox or no detox. It sounds like a very healthy meal plan for the week. I'm a carb and sugar craver myself. I think I'll have my husband do the detox first.
